Dear Beta Gamma Sister,

2010 marks Beta Gamma chapter’s 80th anniversary at the University of Manitoba and University of Winnipeg! In honour of 8 decades of AGD friendship we are having a weekend of events to celebrate. The weekend will take place September 10-12, 2010 in Winnipeg.

Alpha Delta Pi sorority and Phi Delta Theta fraternity will also be celebrating their 80th anniversaries this year. Together we will be hosting “The Greek Affair” on the Saturday night of the anniversary weekend. This event will be open to all Greek letter members and dates. Please see the attached itinerary for more details on the events planned for the anniversary weekend.

If you are coming from outside of Winnipeg a block of rooms have been reserved at the Viscount Gort Hotel and the Hotel Fort Garry. To book a room at the Viscount Gort, please call the reservation desk (800-665-1122) and ask for the AGD room block. To book a room at Hotel Fort Garry please call 1-204-942-8251, the booking code is 1094XT. Blocks of rooms at both hotels are reserved until August 1, 2010.v
